Order Processing and Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 5 working days from the time they are received. While we strive to process orders as quickly as possible, please note that we are a small company. We apologise if processing times are not as fast as larger retailers. If you need your order urgently, please contact at contact@apareditions.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. All orders are processed from our location in London, UK.

UK Shipping & Pricing

For orders under £750, Tracked & Signed Delivery within 48hrs of processing - £10

For orders over £750, Tracked & Signed Delivery within 48hrs of processing is included. 

All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of 20% VAT.

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail First Class, tracked and signed. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number. A signature will be required upon delivery. Standard delivery times are between 7 AM and 7 PM. If you are not available to sign for your package, a calling card will be left at your address with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery.

For European Customers:

Tracked & Signed International Delivery within 2-7 business days of processing - £20

Due to Brexit, significant changes have been implemented regarding VAT and customs charges. While VAT will no longer be applied at checkout, you will be responsible for any customs, taxes, and administrative fees upon delivery. APAR is not liable for their payment. These charges will vary depending on your country’s regulations, and unfortunately, we cannot estimate them in advance.

Upon your parcel’s arrival, you will receive an invoice from the courier handling your shipment. To avoid any delays, please track your parcel using the courier’s app or the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation. Additionally, be sure to check your spam folder for any customs invoices.

Please be aware that if you refuse the parcel or if it remains in customs without payment beyond the storage limit, it will be returned to us. In such cases, you will still be liable for the shipping and handling costs incurred by the courier.

To All International Customers:

Worldwide Delivery within 2-11 business days of processing -£35

International orders are primarily shipped via international couriers. Upon dispatch, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

To ensure safe delivery, a signature will be required upon receipt. Delivery times typically range between 7am-7pm, depending on the courier. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please re-arrange your delivery directly with your allocated courier.

Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
